刚上班一个月多点，目前工作表现上很一般，原本想花两到四个月进入前50％，30％的，现在感觉自己好像是拖后腿的，有点压力。眼下好像也没有其他更好的工作，只能边做边看了。我的性格有点小拖拉小磨唧，也不太会拒绝和劝说别人，不知道是否适这工作？后面能不能做好？

最近面试了一个新的岗位，薪资比卦上这个更高，距离近一点，也同样是上市公司，今天收到通知面试通过了，让近两天去试岗。于是今天下午和领导提了辞职，领导找我谈话两次，第一次是劝我再好好考虑，第二次是看我去意已决，让明天去办离职手续。其实这边领导和同事还是挺不错的，不过既然做了选择，就向前看吧。总结反馈:丙午日提的离职，丁未日办手续。

这一周关于工作方面自己的心绪波动很大，一会儿觉得工作不适合自己，一会儿又看到希望想再坚持下去。周末两天看了一下其他工作机会，参加了一个目前看起来还不错的岗位初试，在等复试。也有其他几个岗位邀约我去面试。有种预感，或许这个过不了多久就辞了。。。
