大公司是上市公司，去会跟着比较厉害的设计师从头开始学习规范以及设计类，去新开的工作室，也是大公司设计师独立创业的，可能会接触到不一样的。工资待遇肯定助理工资很低甚至要倒贴，新开的工作室相对来说还好点
