公司领导层突然决定将很重要的资质及人员证书维护等大量工作从研发部门交由我们完全不相关的证券事务部负责，这项安排引发我们部门人员的强烈不满，原本三个人的证券事务部，结果部门主管和另一个同事几乎同时出走，我因为事发突然没有找到下家，只能继续留在公司。现在我们部门就剩我一个人了，领导层与分管我们部门的副总依然还是将资质与人员维护这项工作安排在了我们部门，目前由我一个人对接，另外再准备调一个人来部门与我一起工作。分管副总准备把我提级为部门负责人主导工作，另一个人为辅助；或者让我做证券事务主管，另一个人做资质主管。但现在还没有定论，提级也还没提上日程，我不知未来会怎样，也不知能否胜任，请老师们给予指点！
