I came to this company not long after graduating from graduate school. My boss recruited me before because he wanted me to do human resources management (actually, his first intention was to let me do hotel management). However, something changed along the way and I temporarily joined the company as the secretary of the chairman's office. At present, I personally don’t want to work in the human resources management department. I want to continue to work in the office as a small leader who has been doing hotel management on projects for several years. I don’t know how to choose. Should I fight for my own ideas or follow the leadership’s arrangements?
