下午业主跟两位客户谈判了，第一个目前资金不够，要筹集资金，筹齐时间待定，近两天答复。第二个资金够，但希望房价让步，业主给出底价，双方再考虑下。第三个客户，由于业主今天没时间，没谈。业主也不想谈了，他希望我们能协调下，最好是与第二个客户按他底价成交。预计19号或20号还会有一波面谈。通过今天跟门店沟通，感觉任务完成上有推进作用，没有私下签单，感觉门店也稍微松口愿意暂时配合。

补充一下:这一单任务就在这两天。业主和三位客户谈判时间是今天下午晚上和明天白天。如果他们背着我们在门店偷偷签了合同，那任务就算失败。我现在是要阻止这种情况，但是又不能把单子搅黄了，要帮助他们成交，并且让门店认可我们，愿意配合工作，给我们的签约服务付费。
